Mogale Business Park's Diner offers a scrumptious dining experience in a modern and warm environment. The spacious diner can seat 80 guests inside and 30 on the veranda overlooking the lush gardens.
The menu is carefully planned to accommodate the tastes of many cultures within our group of companies. The Diner offers a banqueting and a la carte menu for breakfast (7am to 8.30 am), lunch (12pm to 2pm) and dinner (5.30pm to 7pm).
Trained chefs are on hand to assist those who can’t resist the temptations of our full buffet, while the health-conscious can enjoy the salad boutique and fruit juice bar.
Special VIP menus are designed and tailor made to customers' needs and request. The diner serves Bosasa's senior management, Mogale Business Park and has even played host to external companies.
The Diner is headed by BBC Food Channel and Chef of the Year, Alistair Esau, who specialises in creating high level menus to suit all palates. Alistair also now serves on the board of the South African Chefs Association (SACA), and facilitates chef training and accreditation through the HTA School of Culinary Arts based in Randburg. Founder of HTA, Chef Stephen Billingham has recently been appointed as President of SACA, and we as Bosasa are proud to be in such close association to HTA.
