Infrasol is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Technology Holdings, it is responsible for the implementation of large infrastructure projects. Previously Infrasol and Rentnet, a company specializing in short and long term rentals into the public, private and conferencing markets operated as standalone entities.
Infrasol is a project management business unit, focusing on tendering for and execution of large infrastructure projects, utilising a national footprint of dedicated installers to complete project deliverables.
Through restructuring the company's and divisions it was felt that merging these companies and divisions into one, would enhance the critical mass required to provide world-class service to the customer sets that jointly had been focused on to various degrees. Through the merger Infrasol boasts of an infrastructure footprint throughout the country.
Our resources are made up of 7 certified project managers, 37 support call centre agents, 89 on-site support technicians, 72 internal technicians, 32 warehouse and logistical personnel, 3 quality assurance managers, 12 quality assurance offices and a strong management team focused on customer service and quality management.
