Our People

With over 100   highly trained professional staff from specialized fields giving a national footprint, Sondolo IT has weighted infrastructure and is able to mobilize support and services with a four hour response time.  Black Economic Empowerment dominates the Sondolo environment and 90% of our people are historically disadvantaged.  Long term employment forms part of our philosophy which is demonstrated by our low staff attrition.  Our people express career path development satisfaction with many commencing at the lowest level and working rapidly to senior management through our accelerated Action Learning programmes.  Training is planned to support diversity and diversification of development into much needed areas of expertise.
