With emphasis on quality management and service delivery, all standards in the Group of Companies are subjected to the stringent international benchmarks determined by TUV Rheinland, an independent German based auditing and standards generating body. We thereby ensure that our compliance to client contract standards are measured in accordance to those criteria. These are further measured against ISO 9001:2000 standards and legislation. Audits are done on a quarterly basis, with reports submitted directly to the respective clientele.
