Precision driven project management is central to Sondolo IT.  Client satisfaction coupled to our high achievement rate attests to this fact.  Project management for our customer base, is linked to our competitive advantage that of being able to deliver on time, on schedule with required volume, to meet all objectives. Project teams are hand picked for their superior skills and speed of response. A lean and mean project team of three specialists is based at MBP, managing the larger strategic plan and filtering through to regional coordinators. At the peak of a roll out, the project team would coordinate up to fifty teams nationally with the backing of regional coordinators. Installation project teams are dissolved on completion of projects and the commissioned project is handed over to clients as well as to service and maintenance teams.
