Sondolo IT has strategically entrenched itself within the value chain of its offering. It aims to provide superior service for all aspects of contracts, with a healthy fleet of vehicles. With the award of a public service contract in 2005, ten vehicles were purchased and our fleet saw a steady growth. Today it stands at seventy four. Technicians and technical coordinators carry out routine service and maintenance exercises on all installations with senior technicians monitoring the system 24/7. Technicians remain on stand- by to attend to all technical queries. A selection of our vehicles is used by Sondolo IT’s senior office bearers who pursue hands on leadership. This enables them, with a proactive management approach to undertake regular system tests. Defects are detected before technical glitches arise.
